Federal Family Education Loan Program

On October 13, 1994, the Department of Education published in the Federal Register a notice of proposed rulemaking (NPRM) for the Federal Family Education Loan (FFEL) Program (59 FR 52038). The proposed rules stated that there were no paperwork requirements contained in the regulations. This document corrects the ``Paperwork Reduction Act of 1980'' section for those regulations.
