Exclusive Patent License Agreement; Hyperproducing Cellulase Microorganism and Cellulase-Producing Microorganism

In accordance with 37 CFR 404.7(a)(1), announcement is made of prospective partially exclusive license under U.S. Patent Nos. 4,472,504, Hyperproducing Cellulase Microorganism, issued September 18, 1984 and 4,275,163, Cellulase-Producing Microorganism, issued June 23, 1981. The licensee is Encore Technologies, Inc., 6482 Carlson Drive, Eden Prairie, Minnesota 55346. Pursuant to 37 CFR 404.7(a)(1), any interested party may file written objections to this prospective partially exclusive license agreement within sixty (6) days from the publication of this notice in the Federal Register. Written objections should be addressed to the address given below.
