Exclusive Patent License Agreement for Hyperproducing Cellulase Microorganism and Cellulase-Producing Microorganism

The U.S. Patent and Trademark Office is announcing a prospective partially exclusive license for the Hyperproducing Cellulase Microorganism and Cellulase-Producing Microorganism patents, which will be granted to Encore Technologies, Inc. Interested parties have sixty days to submit written objections to the agreement.
