Wheeling Corporation Exempt from Prior Approval for Control of Akron Barberton Cluster Railway Company

The US Commission has granted Wheeling Corporation an exemption to continue controlling Akron Barberton Cluster Railway Company, a rail common carrier, without prior approval, subject to standard labor protective conditions.
