Federal Maritime Commission Transfers Financial Reporting Authority to New Bureau

The Federal Maritime Commission is shifting the responsibility for financial reporting by vessel operating common carriers in domestic offshore trades from the Bureau of Tariffs, Certification and Licensing to the Bureau of Trade Monitoring and Analysis, effective immediately.
