NASA Amends TDRSS Policy to Reflect 1995 Service Rates

NASA is updating its policy for the Tracking and Data Relay Satellite System (TDRSS) by revising the estimated service rates in 1995 dollars, based on NASA's escalation estimates, to reflect the costs of providing standard services to non-U.S. Government users.
