Bureau of Prisons Proposes Changes to Classification and Program Review Regulations

The Department of Justice is proposing a rule change that would require the Bureau of Prisons to conduct program reviews for inmates at least once every 90 days when they are within 12 months of release, down from 2 years, in an effort to optimize staff utilization.
