Burlington Northern Railroad Co. Seeks Exemption for Trackage Rights from Southern Electric Railroad Co.

Burlington Northern Railroad Co. has submitted a request to the U.S. Surface Transportation Board for a trackage rights exemption to operate on Southern Electric Railroad Co.'s tracks, allowing the railroad to expand its network and improve efficiency.
