The Commission exempts from the prior approval requirements of 49 U.S.C. 10903-10904 the abandonment by CSX Transportation, Inc., of 8.93 miles of rail line in Polk County, FL, extending between milepost AX-855.3 at Eaton Park and milepost AX-864.23 at Bartow, subject to standard labor protective conditions.
