Interior Department Publishes Notice on Approved Tribal-State Compact for Casino Gambling

The US Department of the Interior has published a notice in the Federal Register regarding the approval of an amendment to the Tribal-State Compact between the Mississippi Band of Choctaw Indians and the State of Mississippi, allowing for Class III casino gambling on the Choctaw Indian reservation, as mandated by the Indian Gaming Regulatory Act of 1988.
