U.S. Agency Announces Open Competition for Academic Exchange Program with Newly Independent States

The U.S. Information Agency's Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs is seeking proposals from non-profit organizations and educational institutions to develop projects promoting academic exchanges between American high school students and students from the 12 Newly Independent States of the former Soviet Union.
