HUD Finalizes Section 5(h) Homeownership Program Rule

The Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) has released a final rule updating the Section 5(h) Homeownership Program for Public and Indian Housing, incorporating changes and clarifications from public comments received since the interim rule was published in 1991.
