Orange County Transportation Authority and Other Agencies Seek Public Comments on Petition for Acquisition Exemption

The Orange County Transportation Authority and other commuter transportation agencies in the Los Angeles area are seeking public comments on a petition that requests a blanket exemption from federal regulations concerning the operation of properties acquired from The Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe Railway Company, as well as clarification on a prior exemption for a line acquired from the Southern Pacific Transportation Company.
