US Department of Agriculture Amends Statutory Requirements for Feed Grains, Rice, Cotton, and Wheat Programs

The US Department of Agriculture has issued an interim rule to amend statutory requirements for the feed grains, rice, upland and extra long staple cotton, and wheat programs, in accordance with the Agricultural Reconciliation Act of 1993, effective August 11, 1993.
