HUD Revises Section 8 New Construction and Substantial Rehabilitation Program Regulations

The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) has revised the applicability provisions of its regulations for the Section 8 new construction and substantial rehabilitation programs, clarifying that the management requirements of the rules apply to all projects, regardless of when they came under contract with HUD.
