VA Amends Service-Disabled Veterans' Insurance Regulations

The Department of Veterans Affairs has updated its regulations for Service-Disabled Veterans' Insurance to reflect changes made by the Veterans' Benefits Programs Improvement Act of 1991, which established a two-year eligibility period and requires life insurance benefits to be paid in one lump sum.
