VA Proposes Rule to Recognize Lymphomas and Rectal Cancer as Radiation-Related Conditions

The Department of Veterans Affairs is proposing a rule to add lymphomas other than Hodgkin's disease and cancer of the rectum to the list of diseases presumed to be caused by exposure to ionizing radiation, allowing veterans to receive service-connected compensation for these conditions.
