EPA Revises Ocean Dumping Site Regulations for Clarity and Accuracy

The Environmental Protection Agency is revising its ocean dumping site regulations to eliminate outdated and redundant listings, correct technical errors, and improve the clarity of the list, while also de-designating two unused sites in the New York Bight and Massachusetts.
