U.S. Government Proposes Expedited Naturalization for Military Service During Persian Gulf Conflict

The U.S. government has proposed a new law to expedite naturalization for aliens and noncitizen nationals who served in active-duty status during the Persian Gulf conflict in the early 1990s.
