EPA Expands Toxic Chemical Reporting Requirements

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is adding 286 chemicals and categories to its list of toxic substances subject to reporting under the Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act of 1986, with the first reports due by July 1, 1996.
