DOT Expands Super Bowl Tour Rules to Cover Air Tours of Other Special Events

The Department of Transportation has issued a new rule requiring tour operators to have event tickets in hand or under contract before advertising or selling tours to special events, and to refund customers if they don't receive promised tickets, in an effort to address past issues with Super Bowl tours and other special events.
