DOD Proposes Changes to Termination Inventory Schedules for Government Convenience

The Civilian Agency Acquisition Council and the Defense Acquisition Regulations Council are proposing changes to the Federal Acquisition Regulation to reduce processing delays for contract terminations, requiring contractors to submit termination inventory schedules within 120 days of termination.
