Department of Defense Proposes Changes to Federal Acquisition Regulation

The Department of Defense is proposing rule changes to the Federal Acquisition Regulation, specifically Parts 3 and 52, in response to changes to the Federal Acquisition Streamlining Act of 1994, as mandated by Public Law 103-355. The proposed rule was not subject to Office of Management and Budget review under Executive Order 12866, dated September 30, 1993.
