Delegation Order for Federal Labor Relations Authority Responsibilities in Department of Agriculture Reorganization

The Department of Agriculture Reorganization Act of 1994 assigns the Federal Labor Relations Authority specific responsibilities for certifying new or modified bargaining units resulting from reorganizations within the Department of Agriculture, and permits the Authority to delegate these responsibilities to its Regional Directors.
