Commission Extends Reply Comment Deadline for Financial Reporting Requirements and Rate of Return Methodology in Domestic Offshore Trades

The Commission is extending the deadline for public comments on its proposed rule regarding financial reporting requirements and rate of return methodology for domestic offshore trades, and is also allowing NPR, Inc. to provide general comments on the proposed rule.
