OPM Issues Interim Regulations to Clarify Interest Assessment for FEHB Program

The Office of Personnel Management is issuing interim regulations to clarify its intentions concerning the assessment of interest on monies due to the Federal Employees Health Benefits Program, following a few carriers' misinterpretation of current regulations.
