VA Announces Cost-of-Living Adjustments and Headstone Allowance Rate

The Department of Veterans Affairs is required by law to inform the public of cost-of-living adjustments to certain benefit rates and income limitations, which are tied to the Consumer Price Index, and the maximum reimbursement for headstones or markers purchased in lieu of government-provided ones, effective October 1, 1994.
