ICC Proposes Electronic Filing of Surety Bonds and Insurance Certificates

The ICC is proposing to switch to electronic filing of surety bonds, trust fund agreements, insurance certificates, and cancellations, aiming to reduce time and costs for both the ICC and insurers, with the option to continue using printed forms.
