FCC Issues Final Rule on Competitive Bidding for Broadband PCS in 2 GHz Band

The Federal Communications Commission has released a new final rule to clarify and refine its competitive bidding rules for the entrepreneurs' blocks in the 2 GHz band, ensuring small businesses, rural telephone companies, and minority and women-owned businesses have equal opportunities to participate in the provision of Personal Communications Services.
