US Army Makes Record of Decision for Camp Shelby Military Training Use

The US Army has made a Record of Decision (ROD) for the Final Environmental Impact Statement (FEIS) for military training use of National Forest Lands at Camp Shelby, Mississippi. The Army will continue to use the lands for military training under a Special Use Permit from the Forest Service, with modifications to minimize environmental impact.
