SBA Extends Discretion to Recertify Women-Owned Small Businesses

The U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) has revised its regulations to allow the Administrator to extend the recertification date of Women-Owned Small Businesses (WOSB) where necessary, providing discretion in the recertification process.
