HUD Issues Regulations for Manufactured Home Safety and Consumer Protection

The Department of Housing and Urban Development has issued new regulations to improve the safety and consumer protection of manufactured homes, requiring manufacturers to investigate and notify consumers and dealers of potential problems and take corrective action when necessary.
