Federal Trade Commission Retains Nursery Industry Guides with Modifications

The Federal Trade Commission has decided to retain its Guides for the Nursery Industry with modifications, updating the definitions section to require sellers to disclose that plants collected from the wild state are not for sale without proper authorization, and revising the terminology in Guides 1-8 to reflect the Commission's current language.
