Federal Perkins Loan, Federal Work-Study, and Federal Supplemental Educational Opportunity Grant Programs: Invitation for Ineligible Institutions to Apply

The US Secretary of Education is calling on institutions of higher education that were previously ineligible to participate in certain federal student aid programs to submit an application and required documents to be considered for participation in the 1995-96 award year.
