Department of Defense Proposes Rule on Penalties for Unallowable Indirect Costs Under Federal Acquisition Regulation

The Department of Defense has issued a proposed rule to implement penalties for unallowable indirect costs, as required by the Federal Acquisition Streamlining Act of 1994, and is not subject to Office of Management and Budget review under Executive Order 12866, dated September 30, 1993.
