Changes to NASA FAR Supplement Cross-Waiver of Liability Clauses in NASA Contracts

NASA has issued a final rule updating cross-waiver clauses in its contracts for Space Shuttle services, ELV launches, and Space Station activities, which waive liability for damages or injuries during contract execution. The updated clauses also require the flow-down of these waivers to related entities, including contractors and subcontractors.
