U.S. Commerce Department Finds Chinese Exporter Dingli Sold Mobile Access Equipment Below Cost

The U.S. Department of Commerce has concluded that Zhejiang Dingli Machinery Co., Ltd. (Dingli), a Chinese exporter of mobile access equipment and subassemblies, sold its products at less than their normal value during the review period from April 1, 2023, to March 31, 2024.
