NASA FAR Supplement Directive (NFSD) 89-17; Miscellaneous amendments

This document amends the NASA Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (NFS) to reflect a number of miscellaneous changes dealing with NASA internal and administrative matters, such as increase of the threshold in the Master Buy Plan, removal of internal reporting requirements, revision of office codes, and division title changes.
