Department of Education Announces Priority for Independent Living Services for Older Blind Individuals

The Secretary of Education is inviting applications for new awards under the Independent Living Services for Older Individuals Who Are Blind program for fiscal year 1995, with the goal of increasing participation among states that do not currently have funded projects.
