Request for a Collection of Information Under the Paperwork Reduction Act; Customer Satisfaction Mail Surveys

The Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (``PBGC'') has requested that the Office of Management and Budget (``OMB'') approve a new collection of information under the Paperwork Reduction Act. The purpose of this information collection, which will be conducted through mail surveys, is to help the agency assess the efficiency and effectiveness with which it serves participants and beneficiaries and design actions to address identified problems. The effect of this notice is to advise the public of the PBGC's request for OMB approval of, and to solicit public comment on, this collection of information.
