Copyright Office Waives Rules, Extends Arbitrator List Until End of 1995

The Copyright Office is temporarily suspending its rules and extending the eligibility period for its current arbitrator list until the end of 1995, allowing those who filed financial disclosure statements in 1994 to serve on a CARP for 1995 proceedings.
