Copyright Arbitration Royalty Panels; List of Arbitrator Names

The Copyright Office is waiving its rules and extending the effective date of its current CARP arbitrator list until the end of 1995. Those arbitrators listed for 1994 who filed financial disclosure statements with the Office will therefore be eligible to serve on a CARP for any royalty distribution or rate adjustment proceedings beginning in calendar year 1995.
