DOT Extends Compliance Date for TCAS I Installation

The Department of Transportation has revised the Federal Aviation Regulations to extend the deadline for installing approved Traffic Alert and Collision Avoidance System (TCAS I) equipment from February 9, 1995, to December 31, 1995, due to delays in equipment development and installation complexities.
