EPA Receiving Report from TSCA Interagency Testing Committee, Requests Comments on Priority Testing List
The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is receiving the Thirty-Fifth Report from the TSCA Interagency Testing Committee (ITC), which designates 25 chemicals for priority consideration for promulgation of test rules under the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA). The EPA will respond within 12 months by either initiating rulemaking, entering into a testing consent agreement, or publishing a Federal Register notice explaining the reasons for not initiating rulemaking.
