SEC Adopts Final Rules for EDGAR System and Updated Filer Manual

The Securities and Exchange Commission is implementing the Electronic Data Gathering, Analysis, and Retrieval (EDGAR) system by finalizing rules for mandated electronic filing, which will apply to all domestic registrants and third-party filers, and adopting technical and clarifying amendments to the EDGAR rules.
