Commodity Credit Corporation Proposes Elimination of Four Inactive Programs

The Commodity Credit Corporation is proposing to eliminate four inactive programs as part of the President's Regulatory Reform Initiative, including the Noncommercial Risk Assurance Program, CCC Intermediate Credit Export Sales Program for Breeding Animals, CCC Intermediate Credit Export Sales Program for Foreign Market Development Facilities, and the Disposition of Agricultural Commodities under the CCC Barter Program, which have not been used in 15 years or more.
