NMFS Grants Preliminary Approval for Exempted Fishing Permit Application

The Assistant Regional Administrator for Sustainable Fisheries, Greater Atlantic Region, NMFS, has given preliminary approval to an Exempted Fishing Permit application submitted by the Commercial Fisheries Research Foundation (CFRF), allowing federally permitted fishing vessels to fish outside regulations in support of research activities.
