Nuclear Regulatory Commission Relaxes Reporting Requirements for Device Transfers

The NRC is amending its regulations to reduce administrative burden on initial distributors of devices, by eliminating the need for them to send transfer reports to each Regional Office, as the reports are already sent to NRC Headquarters.
