U.S. Department of Commerce Finds Taiwanese Company Underpaid for U.S. Sales of Certain Optical Brightening Agents

The U.S. Department of Commerce has determined that Teh Fong Min International Co., Ltd. (TFM), the sole producer and/or exporter subject to the review, sold subject merchandise in the United States at less than normal value during the period of review, May 1, 2023, through April 30, 2024.
