Revision of the NRC Enforcement Policy

As a result of an assessment of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission's (NRC) enforcement program, the NRC has revised its General Statement of Policy and Procedure for Enforcement Actions (Enforcement Policy or Policy). By a separate action published today in the Federal Register, the Commission is removing the Enforcement Policy from the Code of Federal Regulations.
